Please see information for signing up to one of my Simply out of School clubs below. We look forward to welcoming your child(ren) to our setting.

Kids Club HQ,is our bookings and billing system. You just need to select the club you require.

1/ SETTING UP A CONTRACT FOR REGULAR SET DAYS
To add the details of the regular set days and sessions that your children will attend the club(s) by ‘requesting an electronic copy of your contract’. The process is quite straightforward and the attached document walks you through it, step by step. Set contracted days will be automatically populated each term and billed by the system one week before the end of each month for the following month.

2/ ADHOC/IRREGULAR AND EXTRA DAY BOOKINGS
Bookings for non contracted days/adhoc bookings are made by ‘making a booking’. All extra/adhoc sessions must be paid for on booking or in the month in which they are booked. They are 0.50p a session more than contracted days and no sibling discount applies.

Any account that is not fully up to date will unfortunately not be permitted to make further bookings.

The contract is the same as the paper one attached which is for your information and does not require completing as you accept the contract and terms and conditions by signing up. (Please read this document carefully and note in particular the notice period for cancellations, the yearly admin fee and any penalties for late payment and pickups) We also attach a copy of our parent brochure with all our policies and procedures in.

You will only need to add your details once and the system will securely retain the information for you. If any of the information changes, you can also update the details the system holds yourself.

All sessions should be booked using the new system as opposed to text, email, phone call or facebook. Each club has it’s own mobile that you will be provided with but these are for contact and emergency purposes during club times as opposed to bookings.

If it is an emergency booking and the booking system has closed then of course please don’t hesitate to contact us then so we can book for you and add to the registers.
